Scope

These terms apply to all orders placed through this store.

Contract

The presentation of goods is not a binding offer. By placing an order you make a binding offer; the contract is concluded when we confirm the order or dispatch the goods.

Prices and payment

All prices are final prices in euro; shipping is added at checkout. Payment is due on ordering. Goods are dispatched from Germany.

What we sell

We sell children's wooden playhouses and garden play structures — Wendy houses and cottages, log cabins, two-storey towers and raised playhouses with slides, swings and sandpits, mud kitchens and accessories. What is included, the footprint, the timber and the recommended age range are stated on each listing for domestic use.

Assembly, installation and safety

Our playhouses are for domestic (home garden) use and are designed for children within the age range stated on each listing. They are assembled by an adult and are for use under adult supervision. Install on level ground and, where the design requires, anchor the structure as the instructions say; keep the stated clearance around any slide or swing. An impact-absorbing surface — bark, grass or play tiles — under raised decks and slides is strongly recommended. Treat the timber as advised and inspect fixings, ropes, chains and the platform regularly.

Retention of title

The goods remain our property until paid for in full.

Right of withdrawal and warranty

Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal and the statutory warranty; see the Refund Policy.

Applicable law

German law applies. For consumers this does not affect the mandatory protection of the law of their country of residence.
